Wounds into Wisdom: Healing Our Families and Changing the World with Wilderness Torah

As part of the Virtual Village series with Wilderness Torah, Reb Tirzah will offer a session on ancestral healing, rooted in the uprisings for racial justice happening in America right now.

Combining Jewish wisdom texts, neuroscience, and teachings from the field of Jungian psychology, Rabbi Tirzah will share how personal life-riddles often originate in our ancestral legacies, and how we can transform their seemingly impenetrable mysteries into usable meaning, especially in these times of uncertainty and transformation. This session incorporates teaching, a guided meditation, and an interactive discussion.
