Be Still & Know

Online Contemplative Retreat at the New Moon of Elul

Sunday, August 28, 2022

2-4:30pm Pacific Time | 3-5:30pm Mountain Time | 5-7:30pm Eastern Time

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the volume and pace of changes in the outer world, you are not alone. This year, exactly one month before the New year, take time out for yourself. Join Reb Tirzah and the Metivta Community for a precious opportunity to reclaim your inner stillness within a wise and loving community.

The retreat will provide time to slow down, review the past year, study, reflect, and begin the gentle process of returning to our inner knowing. In this Sunday afternoon retreat, you will enjoy: Guided meditation, text study, sacred poetry and chanting, time to reflect, time to share.
